Graduation Checklist

Have you checked your current degree evaluation?  If not, log on to your AP OneStop account, go to the Web Self Service link, click on to the Student tab, click on Student Records, then Degree Evaluation.  Make sure everything is listing correctly. If not, see your advisor.

  If everything is correct on your degree evaluation, log in to AP OneStop to complete your application for degree.  Remember Deadline is February 19, 2018.

  Have you turned in all paperwork for substitutions if needed?  If not, see your advisor.

√  Have you signed up for your senior exit exam?  If not, contact Decision Support and Institutional Research at (931) 221-6184.

  Do you owe any money to the university?  If so, please log into your AP OneStop account and pay your bill.

  Have you paid your graduation fee?  If not, please log into your AP OneStop account and pay your fee.

  Invitations and announcements can be purchased through the AP Bookstore.

  Pick up your cap and gown at Graduation Gala on either Monday, February 26th between 2 and 5:30 p.m. or Tuesday, February 27th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Morgan University Center, or after March 1st in the Office of the Registrar.

 Spring Commencement Ceremony

May 4, 2018 at 8 a.m., 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Dunn Center

 Commencement ceremonies for May 4 will be held at:

 8 a.m.           

Candidates for degrees from the College of Arts and Letters, Martha Dickerson Ericksson College of Education, and College of Graduate Studies will participate in this ceremony.  Doors to the Dunn Center will not open until one hour prior to the start of the ceremony for guests and graduating students to enter the facility.                                

 12 p.m.

Candidates for degrees from the College of Business, College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics,  and College of Graduate Studies will participate in this ceremony.  Doors to the Dunn Center will not open until one hour prior to the start of the ceremony for guests and graduating students to enter the facility.                                      

4 p.m.

Candidates for degrees from the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences, ROTC Cadets, and College of Graduate Studies will participate in this ceremony.  Doors to the Dunn Center will not open until one hour prior to the start of the ceremony for guests and graduating students to enter the facility.
