Scholarship Confirmation Form
Congratulations on your academic scholarship award! The confirmation form below will notify the Admissions Office that you either accept your scholarship and intend to enroll at Austin Peay State University or that you decline your scholarship and will not enroll at Austin Peay State University.
Your scholarship award is renewable for up to 4 years, pending the following crtieria are met:
- Complete a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.
- Complete a minimum of 24 credit hours per academic year.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 by the end of your second semester and for every semester thereafter.
If you received a Presidential or Dean's Academic Scholarship, you will:
- Complete a five-hour per week (75 hours per semester) service requirement in a department. In accordance to Tennessee Board of Regents policy, you are required to complete 75 service hours during each semester you receive your scholarship.
- The Office of Student Financial Aid & Veterans Affairs is responsible for placing you in a department to complete your service hours. Instructions and information regarding departmental placement with be sent to you via your AP email no later than August 1.
